Add a New Employee


To create a New Employee go to the "Quick links" page and click on the "Add New Employee" Icon

On the New Employee Page enter the New Employees details. Click on the Star in the Address box will copy the Companies address.

If the Employee has dependents to be added change the "Add dependents to this Employee" radio button to "Yes"

If you would like to add the New Employee to existing products change the "Add this employee to products" radio button to "Yes"

Click on the "Plus" icon at the bottom of the page.

If you have set the "Add dependents to this Employee" radio button to "Yes" you will be taken to the Add Dependent page.

Enter the dependents information.

Click on the "Plus" icon at the bottom of the page.

A list of the availible company products will be shown with an option to request to add the Employee and the dependents to any of the products.

Check the products that you would like the Employee or the Dependent added to.

Click on the "Plus" icon at the bottom of the page.

This will generate a request to your Advo advisor and will direct you to the "Amendment" page where you will see that amendments have been raised.
